Video Games are about having fun.

Video Game Reviewing is an art form in and of itself and tends to focus on things such as graphics, game physics, story line, character development, and multiplayer vs. single player game content.

Reviewing video games takes time. Hours, days, weeks, months, perhaps even years could be spent attempting to scour the very edges of a game for all the content it holds leaving the average game player little in terms of understanding the full experience of most games.

Sites like IGN and Gamestop tend to use rating systems that score based on completely and totally subjective and partial experiences that do not, at all, compare using other games in an objective examination of the game's engine, physics, graphics, design, story, etc.

With the turn of the 21st Century came a glorious time for gaming where the technology used to engineer video games and design them dramatically advanced. Soon, young people from all walks of life were beginning to use programs only recently simplified and repackaged to create games far more advanced than their predecessors despite their predecessor's experience far outweighing the new generation of game designers. It was only a matter of time before the internet began to influence game play, but game design

G4's "X Play" featured Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb as the model video game reviewers when it came to video game television. Using a game review system that modeled for the rest of the gaming community during the 2000's and afterward, Sessler and Webb (especially Webb) went on to pursue careers in Gaming and Gaming Television as hosts and for guest appearances.
